Log into your Shimano account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the unused products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective components are included to qualify for a full refund.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund

Once our technicians inspect the gear at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
